GLAN, Sarangani (October 9, 2006) – A performer from the Notre Dame of Glan, 1st placer in Sunday’s Lubi-lubi Festival street dancing competition, wears headdress and costume made of coconut materials. The Notre Dame contingent won a cash prize of P30,000. The Lubi-lubi Festival celebrates coconut being the major product of Glan which is also one of the oldest towns of Mindanao at 92.
