GLAN, Sarangani (October 9, 2006) – Performers of Glan School of Arts and Trades (GSAT), wearing costumes made of coconut materials, dance in the streets of Glan during the Lubi-lubi Festival Sunday. The GSAT contingent won a cash prize of P25,000. The Lubi-lubi Festival celebrates coconut being the major product of Glan which is also one of the oldest towns of Mindanao at 92.
