MALAPATAN, Sarangani (August 30, 2006) – Kihan Barangay Captain Jimmy Bagit (left) receives from Gov. Migs Dominguez a P1 million check for animal dispersal livelihood project during the barangay's 15th foundation anniversary Tuesday (August 29). The fund, delivered by provincial and municipal officials, was from the counterparts of the offices of Gov. Dominguez, Rep. Erwin Chiongbian and Mayor Alfonso Singcoy.
