GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 4, 2005) – Thousands gather at downtown Lion’s Beach in General Santos City Sunday (Sept. 3) for the annual Bancarera staged by Bombo Radyo in celebration of the Tuna Festival. The race participated in by 39 entries from all over Mindanao was won by Rudy Abayon of Tarragona town in Davao Oriental.
